Their prices are incredible, as long as you have a kohl's charge card. They have more deals for card holders. The quality of their clothing is excellent, and well priced (as long as you can take advantage of card holder deals). They handle exchanges and returns with ease. The layout of the store is open and easy to navigate. The fitting rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms. The only downside is that there are never enough caahiers. There is always a line, usually very slow, no matter what time of day or year. It's almost Christmas, and I went in there and there were only 2 lanes open with a line stretching around the lanes. It took longer to check out than to find and complete the exchange I did first. Update: only use one side of registers, with 2 open total in all of store. Checkout took forever.

We don't come here too much, but have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Our visit this past Saturday the 23rd was easily the best one yet. My wife had some issues with her Kohl's card l, and our cashier, Rhonda, was quick to call some folks on her team to help us get it working again so we'd save the 20% on our purchase. She was extremely helpful and really made us want to come here more often.

Do NOT return anything from Amazon to this Kohl’s drop off. It never makes it to Amazon and you have to call and go through Amazon to not be charged for it again. Also, $55 dollars I spent on a decorative door wreath that fell apart 3 days after it was on the door. Prices are too high for such cheaply made items.

It’s terrible. They have used items on the shelf like a thrift store. When asked if they are will to mark down a pair of sneakers manager refused.
