Came in for a drug test for new job. Told I had to make an appointment. Came back an hour later for the appointment and they made me wait for over 2 hours anyways. Don't ever use these guys. They don't even apologize cuz they just don't care at all. Awful awful awful service. "It's not my fault" is all the lady at the desk says. After finally getting in I found out why they're so slow. The lady who actually took the sample was utterly incompetent and unapologetic. I have little faith this was done properly. She couldn't even work the computer or printer for the chain of custody documents. Extreme frustration sums up my experience here.

Plan on spending a whole day here if you want to take a pre employment drug screen. It took me 2 days to complete drug test here. 1st day came in and was told no one was available to do the test, next day came back and had to wait over 3 hours to finally test. Was initially told it would be an hour wait, ended up being 3 hour wait just to take a drug test. Id suggest going somewhere else.

Gave a one star because there’s no zero, went the first day and they told us to come back tomorrow because no one was working. Went back the next day, check in, waited 20 minutes, went to ask how longer I have to wait. Lady told me I wasn’t even checked in. Check me in then told me it would take 30-45 minutes. Waited another 1 hours and 30 minutes just so they can say I can’t take my drug test. Don’t ever go here if you don’t want to waste your time. Choose another place. Worst place I’ve ever been to for a drug test.

Been here twice for a workers comp case. Incredible, friendly staff. Got checked in right away (got there right at 8am) and was seen by Janice James. She was very professional and went above and beyond to help me with my situation. The x-ray tech Paula was also very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back. Thank you!

Yes -- MedExpress is currently offering rapid and laboratory send-out COVID-19 tests for a known or suspected exposure to COVID-19. Hi Carole -- The cost of a visit to MedExpress varies by patient based on the services they receive and the specifics of their insurance plan. MedExpress accepts most major insurance plans to help patients avoid out-of-network costs and also offers affordable pricing for those without insurance. If you have insurance, you can follow-up with your health insurance provider to double check if MedExpress is covered under their health plan and any expenses that may be incurred such as co-pay, deductibles, or co-insurance. Thank you!
