I lived here for 3 years just moved in January to another gold mark property and I miss it at Covington so much and hate my new apartment. Covington always had working appliances and great maintenance staff, loved my friendly neighbors my kiddo were always outside playing with other kids the total environment was amazing and I really miss it there.

Lived here from 2015-2018 it was my first apartment. Loved living here! Nice convenient and safe area, lots to do in the area(shopping, eating out, parks). The management is super friendly and quick especially when you need things repaired, or replaced. I’ve never had any issues living here everyone has been super nice and helpful. I’m really going to miss it.

Covington court are the worst place to live they don't care about if you have a learning disability or nothing they have the worst employees there they kick you out for only two cop calls and they don't care about other people making noise I would never have none of my friends or family live there they are West st Paul big cops shop in the city of West st paul

this was a really decent nice place to live I had really good experience with these apartments the management team work was fantastic. made the move in really easy like wise with the move out definitely recommend it they were even available on weekends. definitely a five star. thanks
