There’s a male employee (black hair ,tan complexion , skinny 5’6” 5’7” ) if you frequent the store u probably know who I’m speaking of . He has a attitude problem. He’s just a jerk. I’ve witnessed him arguing with customers and being wrong on multiple occasions and saw it again today. Idk why he’s still got a job there. Unless his manager is working with him I won’t even bother to go in to this store. Sad loosing business over an employees lack of customer service.

•Prices competitive to other nearby auto stores so I choose these guys 80% of the time (Walmart not an auto store ;) •Exceptional service from the big guy there that's been around w/ a Bluetooth lol. •good service from general & transient staff •clean. *The free tests are awesome, i.e., batt. & code reader.

I work a couple doors up from this location... I called AutoZone for a headlight, "low beam" and the employee looked up what I needed,.. So I get the number for the light I need.. I then take a break from work to go get light, I need it, so I do not pulled over from the all to anxious to pull you over and ticket you West St Paul Police.. My girlfriend got pulled over the day before and I am of a different ethnic background,, anyway,,, I am thinking awesome this will only be a few moments of my time... Wishful thinking on my behalf... So I purchase a set of headlights for a little over 30 dollars,, again wishful thinking on my behalf cause I get the part number for high beams, which I do not need... Long story short,, out 30+ bucks on lights I do not need and 100+ dollars for ticket for the West St Paul Police,, not to mention the over 3 hours of my time.. Thanks AUTO Never Again..
