I am in the remodeling business and shop Is big Box home improvement stores all the time. I have shopped many lows throughout the state and by far this is the best for customer service. It could be that I know individuals there and have worked with them many times. My tip is to get to know your local store people.

My husband and I live up in the foothills and have been searching for reasonably priced hardwood floors for our home to no avail for weeks! We stopped by this Lowes where we were lucky enough to not only find wood for our floors, but also have wonderful help from Ryan in flooring! He did a phenomenal job at helping us, and we can’t recommend working with him enough! On top of that, Cheryl seems to be the most supportive manager I’ve ever seen and we are grateful for her help as well! Lastly, Guillermo was super helpful at the end of our experience as well! All in all, those three provided top notch quality customer service and genuine care to us at a time that is usually very stressful (home renovations). I hope they get kudos/gift cards of some sort!

They have a good collection of plants at most times. The pots are beautiful and oftentimes better than the ones at Home Depot.
