This was my first ever time at a dispensary and they were very kind and informative. It was a bit overwhelming at first but they helped me choose and I got some really great stuff. Definitely will be back!

First time shopping at Starbuds. Did not disappoint. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, &very helpful. They seemed to want to be asked questions which was great- able to describe what I was searching for in order to be able to offer suggestions. Will go back for sure. Also, excellent deals and loyalty program :)

Hate to say it but I’ve had two bad experiences at this place now. First time was just pure sensory overload with the cramped store front, customers filing in quickly and the line getting backed up so you feel really pressured to hurry up and make your decision amongst the disorganized array of options on the wall that makes it hard to see prices or what employees are referring to. Today’s experience was just uncomfortable with the owner continually calling the female customers “hunny” and “sweetheart” in a condescending tone, and then effectively trying to rip us off their email-advertised deal. In hindsight, pretty sure I overpaid $20 because he didn’t tell me my total, didn’t count my cash in front of me, and was quick to just finish the transaction. I should’ve paid $108 OTD but spent $128. Can’t tell if the owner normally doesn’t work the counter or if he is just super schemey and wanted to play games by overcharging me and thinking I wouldn’t call him on it. I disliked the vibes there so much I ended up anxiously leaving before I could even realize I should’ve double checked his math. I guess he won his $20 today but I’m not going back in the future. Not a chill environment and employees making inappropriate comments to one another didn’t help. Would rather go to The Dab right down the road. Incredibly better atmosphere and way friendlier staff that don’t rush or disrespect you there.
