My family opts in for Residence inn basically for a kitchen and hot breakfast in the morning! The breakfast is highly disappointing with a no option whatsover for a vegetarian guests! Even the scrambled egg was not available. The coffee tastes real bad with stale / expired creamer. We felt short of appreciated for being life time platinum guests, I requested for a bottle of complement water, to my biggest surprise, I was denied at the check in. I would highly recommend the Marriott guest service to watch for customer service happening here , otherwise this hotel is going to cause a serious dent to the whole brand of Residence Inn.

Positive: Friendly staff, acceptable free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, location. Negative: Kitchen & bathroom floors were not cleaned well. Wiped up a water spill and paper towel was dark gray! Little mouse came out from under the frig and scurried to under the dishwasher. Only saw him/her once and no droppings were found.

Conveniently close to Boulder for a reasonable price. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. There is a nice walking/ running/ biking trail, coal creek, that is right outside acrossed a field that was perfect for some morning activity.

I arrived late at night and was treated with a warm welcome. The staff encounters were all friendly. Even the maintenance staff was personable. I plan on revisiting the area and plan on this being a "go to" place.
