While it's a good gym overall, I found it difficult to cancel my membership. I wanted to cancel before the annual fee, but for some reason no one at the front desk seemed to know how to help me and told me to do it online. Went online and nothing worked. So now I have to pay the annual fee to cancel. The people who work there are nice but I wish they were more knowledgeable in canceling a membership.
