I arrived SO exhausted and the service I met from Mark at the desk was exceptional - it's so nice when people are empathetic to how tired you can be when you roll in to check into a hotel. Cookies and coffee on arrival, service with not just a smile but genuine kindness, our room was clean and spacious, great breakfasts and we chose best western for the remainder of our road trip and were 100 percent satisfied with everyone of them, but this first one will stay in our memory! Thanks again Mark, we are now loyal Best Western Customers!

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and well maintained property. Only two very small complaints, no free continental breakfast and the only way to access the swimming pool was from outside the hotel! We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in the area.

A guy named Mark is the one that checked me in. He was a very nice and professional individual. It was surprising to get everything in the welcome bag that I got. This bag had cookies, trail mix, a bottle of water, a small can of pop, and a mint. Usually it's just a bottle of water! Little things like that make a difference to me.

We stayed at many hotels on our cross-country road trip, but this one was the best. The rooms were clean. The two staff members we interacted with were both great. We got a nice little welcome goodie bag for being rewards members. We brought our dog along and they thoughtfully placed us right next to an exit door.
