My daughter went in ER with virus symptoms. The doctor would not listen to my child and said it was acid reflux? A temp, swollen lymph nodes and throwing up = acid reflux? I’m not a doctor but even I know that isn’ correct. She gave my daughter Tylenol and said if she didn’t feel better to come back tomorrow. Up all night so back in the morning she goes. That doctor said it was a virus and gave her steroids to help with the swelling. Definitely NOT acid reflux. So instead of 1 ridiculous bill we got 2. Tried to fight it - hope you don’t have to deal with Nadine in patient relations. One of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. She would not let me answer a question or finish a sentence. And there is obviously nobody to complain about her to. So I get to pay 2 bills because of their incompetence and inability to listen first to my sick child and then later to me.

I have been sitting in the emergency room with my daughter for seven hours who has yet to see a doctor. There are people ahead of us who have been sitting here for over eight hours. They obviously need more staff. Next time we will choose a different hospital.

I've had both of my knees replaced here and wouldn't go anywhere but South County.

I went in last week due to excruciating chest pain. They performed an EKG and Chest X Ray which presented as normal. The doctor who saw me didn’t do any further testing, declared it as “pleurisy” and told me to alternate Tylenol/ibuprofen. I was seen for maybe a total of 30 mins. Well, yesterday I went to a different hospital where they were VERY thorough. After performing a CT scan, turns out there is a 95% chance I have Lymphoma (running biopsy). If I hadn’t gone somewhere else there is a chance I wouldn’t have caught the cancer on time.

Worse hospital ever. Physicians think they're God! Not even close! More like Gods throwaways!
