The place was beautiful inside, especially for how much we paid. $140 for the night and got an awesome double queen room with all the amenities.

If I could give -5 stars I would!!! I stayed at this hotel after helping my sister with her end of life process. And I stayed here for several weeks. During my stay my card was double charged for the same booking. Fortunately this was taken care of the First time it happened. I was forced to evacuate due to the wildfires in Colorado, and I still had 2 days remaining on my stay. I was charged for the full stay that I could not complete, and I was charged the actual amount for the days that I did stay. I called the hotel and it was closed until the end of January 2022, and is still closed even now. I called their corporate office and was hung up on several times by many representatives. I was staying at a La Quinta in Loveland Colorado and the general manager there offered to help me and call the corporate office. She was hung up on multiple times also! Corporate said that they did an investigation of this and found nothing wrong! Yet I have the viable proof on my bank statements that I WAS double charged!!! I sent an email to the gm of this La Quinta and to her assistant manager, amd still not even one reply back, nor has anyone been willing to take responsibility for this, and Return my money!!!! The gm was over worked and communicated this during my stay there. And she was even staying at the hotel to sleep. The hotel was really understaffed and had difficlty even emptying the trash cans which were spilling over every day and blowing trash into the parking lot. The hotel is in dire need of repairs! I sincerely wish the gm, the assistant manager and corporate would have had integrity and honesty, and done the right thing here!!!!

Positive: Hotel was clean, quiet, near a major intersection, easy to get into Boulder. Front desk staff was super nice, sweet and helpful. Negative: Entry level door to back wing of building on the west side does not work. The staff knows, but somehow it has not been repaired by management. So you either have to walk around to far end of building or prop door open with a rock which is not very safe...

Check-in staff was courteous and helpful. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room. The maintenance man came to check it and said it was fine. Our thermometer read 82 in the room and the air coming from the unit was warm. There was white dried liquid coming from the coils. We requested a different room and they accommodated us. However, the second day in the second room (which was much better) turned bad when our air conditioning started having issues. It wouldn't come on so the room got really hot. We requested a refund for that night and moved to a different hotel. They accommodated us - no problem. The room was clearly not cleaned well. The tables and lamps had ares were dust and food was dried. The bathroom sink wasn't clean. One pillow case had food on it. We sanitized the room ourselves.

Only if you have issues or cancel in time but I would call the front desk. They should be able to answer all your questions. I would call them and if that dont work call the companies customer service number.
