This 1 star is for the pharmacy. Twice we had a rabies vaccine appointment scheduled and both times they called 30 minutes before the appointment to say they didn’t have the vaccine in stock. The second time we even called the day before to confirm they had the vaccine at the store and apparently they gave the vaccine to someone else between that time and the appointment. Very disappointing since rabies vaccines need to be given on a schedule or else you need to start over. This pharmacy cannot plan availability of their drugs to ensure future appointments can be met. Their failure to plan poses a risk to patient health and is a serious concern. I will never go here again and strongly recommend others not go here as well.
