The pharmacy is my issue.. I had a woman go out of her way to not be helpful and rude trying to refill my child's medication and have others transferred. Afterv2 hours on the phone I found out not only was she rube but did not inform me when medication was ready for pickup. Extremely unprovoked rudeness is the biggest problem. After all you are providing a service to a customer 👋🏽

no one picks up the phone. makes it very hard to reach the pharmacy if you need to talk to someone about a prescription or have them call your doctor. pretty ridiculous actually.
