I rarely post reviews but, I had to give Chang and his wife five stars because they are great, friendly people and LOCAL business owners! I've had a PMB here for 20+ years, and Chang and his wife have been superb owners. Providing PMB's, copies, shipping, keys, notary service, cards, and candy bars - what more could you want in a LOCAL shipping store!?!

Yesterday I went in to drop off what I thought was a parcel to be returned by UPS. Instead I found it was a USPS and I needed to go to the Post Office. The person was so nice and even put a big label to hide the original address. If I ever need any UPS services this is where I will go.
