Poor customer service experience. I filled out their contact form on their website and after two weeks still hadn't heard back from them. The 1-800 phone number on their website doesn't work. They don't take VSP insurance or Kaiser. If it was only one thing that went wrong when trying to schedule a consult with Dr. Liang's office, I wouldn't have bothered leaving this review.

My only regret is that they only do eyes. The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. Dr. Liang himself is very open, easy to talk with, and happy to explain everything about your procedures. Almost a year after my clear lense procedure, and I absolutely recommend this office for any optometric needs.

Dr Keith Liang and his staff work together as a finely trained unit. And they’re professional. They treat patients with dignity and respect, without compromising excellence. Dr. Liang is at the top of my list for recommendations. If you want cataract surgery, without compromising excellence, he and his staff are where to go.

I had cataract and eye surgery in October and November. Prior my vision was pretty poor. I could not drive at night and the astigmatism in my left eye had been corrected as much as it could but it was difficult to read music notes etc. After surgery I have 20/25 vision. It’s amazing how much the quality of my life has improved. I highly recommend Dr. Liang! The office is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The surgeries were so quick and staff so experienced there was no feeling f anxiousness.
