Wow what can I say. I have been a customer of Ron’s for 20+ years and I have never been taken care of so well than this State Farm at the Florin Road location. They have saved me money time and time again. Terri at this location is also a great person to work with! She’s so understanding and such a great friend that it makes me feel a part of the State Farm family! I will continue to refer my friends and family to this particular location because they are great!

Car insurance is always stressful for everyone whether it’s the cost, making a claim, etc. these amazing people the Rob Andre State Farm team make it so simple and stress free everyone is so helpful, and understanding. Terri is one of the greatest she goes above and beyond she has helped me and my family with pretty much everything. Cindy is so awesome too and she always cracks joke or two with me every time I call for questions or concerns the knowledge they have make everything so simple.

My parents have been with Ron since pretty much before I was born! He was the first agent they found in Sacramento and they clicked with him. Even though his office isn't near them, they adore him and have been with his team ever since. When I became old enough to have my own insurance, there was no one else I would choose. They made switching over to my own plans a breeze. Everything I have needed to add since, they have bundled and made so simple! They always get me what I need so fast. They take care of you. Period. They care about you as a person and always have a professional, but kind touch. It seems like such a simple thing to have great customer service, but these days it's hard to find. This team has it in spades. Their prices are reasonable and they've saved me money. Truth be told, even if they didn't, it would take an awful lot to get me to switch my insurance at this point. Peace of mind is everything and I trust this team with all the precious things in my life.
