Been here a couple times, food is decent and in line with most Wendy's. Generally decent service during business hours. They need to get a different towing company. They WILL tow you even when the business is CLOSED. All that prime parking is going to waste after hours, but it's their lot so they can do what they want I guess. Pretty disappointed because I am a big fan of Wendy's, but out of principle I won't be going back here.

This location is soo slow and if they remember to give you napkins and sauce they probably forgot one of your food items. The food is consistently good though and the employees are nice. If you don't mind waiting and checking your food before you pull away this is one of the best Wendy's in the area.

I'm a fan of Wendy's food. The closest thing to a real burger your gonna find in the fast food realm, and the fries are hot and tasty as well. I m giving 3 star not due to the taste of the food but because they lose stars at this specific location due to unreliable store hours. It's seem as if they open and close whenever the choose regardless of posted hours of operation.

I was able to order online for pickup at this location and when I arrived the restaurant was closed. I drove quite a distance to pickup at this location with no indication that they wouldn't be open. It was fairly early in the middle of the about 6/7 pm. Not sure what happened.

Not enough workers, with door dash, Uber eats and drive through...its tough
Guess that depends on which location you go to the one on granite and bardstown road just kind of opens it closes whenever they want to Haley might be open and not even answer the drive-thru
