They were very kind and friendly, even in 102°heat. They made sure all customers were supplied with water. The amount of time in the line was a little longer than I expected, but I can plan for that next time.

The staff here are not professional and do not follow the standards of Valvoline service. I visit Valvoline at least once every month and I visit different locations. This is by far the worst when it comes to service and speed. The employees act like they hate being there. Very unfortunate to have to give them a bad rating.
