Only go here if you want to be greeted with attitude, cussed out, threatened, and a refusal to find your mobile order. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never go to another rally’s again.

Spend 15+ mins in drive Thur. Burger was cold and nasty fries were lukewarm and extremely salty I couldn't even eat them. Worst $10 I ever spent.soda was flat too wish I could get a refund but there's not even management on site

Look, if you don't care about your heart blowing up, and you want some good food for the right price, well dag gummet, I can tell you they've got what you're looking for. They have a few seats outside you can sit down and eat your burger, but basically it's a drive-thru...get your burger...and get on your way kind of place. For the money in fast food dollars, it is well worth it. I'd buy stock.

They not only got the order wrong but didn’t give us half of what we ordered. Attempted to call with no answer and then when we went back they never apologized, just handed us the food at the window and closed it. It was one of the worst acts of horrible customer service I’ve ever seen. They’re getting a 2 star instead of a 1 because at least the fries were good.
