This place took a long time. Drive through 40 mins. Get to the window, only 2 young ladies running the whole place. They were kind and professional considering the overload. These girls deserve a raise. Food was OK

I visited this restaurant today while on lunch break and I was very disappointed ☹️. I usually get pretty decent service but today I added on sugar cookies to my order at the ordering screen which the worker said she had it and when I pulled around to pay for the meal;after confirming the order, it had not been added and so was added at the payment window. I drove to the pickup window and was handed a bag with no cookies. Since I was in the drive thru I parked and walked to enter the restaurant to resolve the issue with the receipt and proof of purchase of the cookies in hand. The lobby was locked so I walked up to the pickup window and proceeded to tell the worker about the issue. I was informed that it was not rang up and went to go grab the cookies. Come to find out they didn't even have any baked so there was going to be a wait. Mind you this transaction occurred early afternoon right before 1pm. I informed the attendant at the window that I had infact paid for the cookies, showing her the receipt. She asked if I wanted chocolate chip or an oatmeal bar. After I answered that I was not interested in neither I was told that I had to work with her while she chuckled. I eventually took the chocolate chip because I didn't have time to go back and forth about 2.40 cents and I felt as if she was holding my money hostage Ijust felt that my time was severely waisted.

Big Wendy's fan and VERY disappointed. I ordered a double burger on the app and they served me a single and it came out COLD. I'm not a picky person at all but this was unacceptable. Paying over $10 for a burger and having it come out wrong and cold is a slap to the face. At this point its better to order from sit down restaurants. For that price you'd at least expect decent service and warm food.

I ordered over 20 minutes ago and my order was confirmed and it was suddenly cancelled even though my dasher was already there waiting. Not only was my time wasted when they are still open and have thier dd menu open for 20 more minutes, but my dasher’s time was wasted and gas wasted. Absolutely ridiculous. If you cant manage to do an order when your menu is still open then change your times? You wasted another workers money and made it that much harder for a disabled couple to eat! Congrats :/

Unknown. I use drive-through, only, as a customer. The question causes me to wonder if there is a potential to be hired to work, undercover, & post findings. I am homeless, & unemployed. The joy I have, when I serve my community, is lovely.
