Sept 2022 update-customer service still the same even a little worse. The same same hassle of multiple employees. What made it worse this time was the check out associate. She was over the top nice to the previous customer and so helpful. Yet when it was my turn, no eye contact, no greeting, and a mumbling of my total. I had to ask about the sake because my total came up to more then what I thought it should have given the signage around the store. When I asked that’s when she still didn’t look up and clarified it for me. So I went to get my other FREE products that I would’ve otherwise missed out on. She was the worst this time by complete lack of any acknowledgement. Can we get a happy medium puh-lease? I dreaded going in there and only did so because they were right across from where I was. Otherwise I prefer to order online. You shouldn’t dread going in a store for lotion and candles that bring joy😂 Wow! Can I say too much customer service? It was annoying and somewhat irritating. When I was asked if I needed assistance when I first arrived and it continued seven more times! Each of the employees that worked there kept asking me yet several had been standing around when I said no the first couple times. When I was trying to browse, another woman came up trying to get me to smell something. I simply wanted to be left along to look and shop yet it felt like I was being watched and asked this way to many times for comfort. I won’t be returning as this store has had a habit of doing this. The black history month display was pathetic no fault of the store but more the company itself. Nine products were presented online. In the store they tried to beef up those nine products by having the colors of black history month candles, on the back of the display. Kinda sad. The store itself was well stocked and clean in appearance. However the training of asking the same customer multiple times if they need assistance and pushing products was harassing.

Great place to run in, grab some smell good. The staff was polite and professional. The coupons come in handy.
