My grandmother has lived here in Torrey Hills for 10 years now. The community is very peaceful, theres a public pool with a park that I loved going to as a kid. People leave canned food for the people who need it in the mail area, it's a very sweet place. My grandmother's only complaint is they do not offer maintenance work so she has to find a way to do everything herself, she's 77 so this is hard for her. Other than that the place is lovely.

its ok. The first road in is freedom lane and its probably the nicest part about this community. The staff is alright and the maintenance are pretty friendly. The community park is pretty outdated and tired and sometimes hazardous. The pools freezing and the community room is nothing exciting either. some neighbors are nice but there are a ton of obnoxious drivers that speed through the community making it hard to let your kids play outside. worth checking out but not worth investing in long term.
