My mom bought my sister & myself gift certificates to this place unfortunately it was the beginning of Covid. So when we finally go to fill the certificates ariel goes on about cards my mom never received. Long story short my poor mom calls her access a ride to take her down there because Ariel said to bring bank statement so that’s what my poor elderly mom did. Only to be spoken to like a child and was so rudely dismissed! My mom then tells my sister and myself what happened so we immediately call and ask to speak to manager which is Natalie who dismissed us too. She told us to tell our mom to take it up with her bank. I proceeded to tell her that’s it, you don’t care about your customers and I couldn’t believe THIS Supervisor told me yes she did not care about her customers. Did I mention this is the second time my mom gifted us these gift certificates to this spa!!!! I am baffled, in disbelieve, stunned, I just can’t believe how we have been treated. We will be seeing them in small claims court. What disgusting behavior from adults, it’s a people job Ariel & supervisor Natalie, see you soon.

I have had several body scrubs and there is nothing you need to bring. If you prefer not to be nude, they provide simple coverings or you can wear a bathing suit.
I just went about 3 weeks ago. They don't give you the rules very well. Check in was on the 5th floor. The men's lockers are on the 4th. Therewe'r 4th floor has the steam room & sauna. I wasn't able to go to the 5th floor until 5 pm. That floor has the jacuzzi pools & food bar. Then i guess it's ok for coed nudity after that. I guess there's a 3rd floor, too, but only for massages.
You sit on a chair something like a commode and it has a steam pot under it. You're naked under your robe so all the steam goes up your vagina. The steam contains herbs that's good for cleansing and fertility.
I do not remember about pricing. The salt body scrub is best done nude (they provide modesty coverings) but can be done with a small bathing suit or underwear. Of course the more skin exposed the better. The scrub is done with the technician wearing special gloves like rough sponges and rubs the salt solution over ever in oc available skin very vigorously. The solution and the hard rubbing removes lots (and I mean lots) of dead skin. Then they rinse you off as the solution is totally water soluble. I highly recommend a massage afterwards for the total pampering..
It depends on the type of massage you get to be honest. The one i got: Energy Balance Therapy was 125$. Thermal Stone Therapy & Mosht-O-Maul (Sports Massage) is 145$. Four Hands Dream Massage is 220$. All of these prices are for 1 hour.
24/7, one floor with the steam room and dry sauna is co-ed. Check their web site as during certain hours one floor is women only.
