I ran over a trash bag on the freeway. It coated/melted on the under-body of my car with plastic and other stuff. Days later, I noticed while driving a rattling noise under my car. So I took it in Mountain View (MV). They inspected my car for a fee and told me the results. Advised me to clean the under-body so they could better look because it looked like a exhaust bracket was bent or broken. I followed their instruction and cleaned the under-body to the best of my ability. But I took my car to my muffler shop whom I use from time to time. They saw the bent bracket and fixed it in minutes. Though MV did not repair my car, I want to thank them for a solid inspection and recommendation!!!

I was very disappointed at first. I got new tires. However the tires rubbed on the inside of my wheel well. No one brought it to my attention. I had to call them. And point out the problem. Of which being a professional tire company. I feel they should of said something to me...the minute they knew of the rubbing. Before letting me take my vehicle home. I had to stop payment. So to have them do the corrections. They installed a smaller size tires. Now they are great. Thanks my friends...

I have 3 vehicles at their shop, and they offer very good service. Though keep in mind that there will be a long queue time because it is very busy. However, this out weighs the service that they provide William, Steph, and their mechanics takes very good care of the cars. They keep me updated on issues, and tries their best to accommodate whatever issues that I have. The shop does not bombard you with multiple repairs, but recommend specific repairs when their is a noticeable issue. Great place 6/5.

Had my radiator replaced and installed because I didn't have the time to do it myself. Last Sunday my upper hose blew off due to the excess pressure that built up in the radiator. Our mechanic at the bus yard said the didn't properly start the engine after installing the coolest to let the air bubbles out a kapowee the hose blew off and I broke down on the freeway, make sure you followup with their mechanic services.
