I just went about 3 weeks ago. They don't give you the rules very well. Check in was on the 5th floor. The men's lockers are on the 4th. Therewe'r 4th floor has the steam room & sauna. I wasn't able to go to the 5th floor until 5 pm. That floor has the jacuzzi pools & food bar. Then i guess it's ok for coed nudity after that. I guess there's a 3rd floor, too, but only for massages.
There were men and women in the facility but I didn't see any men in the sauna or hot pool.
I understand that at certain hours it's only women... then later on the day is for both men and women... I always go early and it has been only women.
Not quite. Only for the lockers. The steam rooms and salt rooms are co-ed, as is most of the area.
