Yes, one needs to have an appointment - they allow a certain number of people at a time; in their words: "to maintain the tranquility of the place." I am happy to add: it's worth the wait.

I would dare to say the size is pretty standard and accommodating to any body type. I'm petite and even though it was oversized on me I wasnt uncomfortable - it didnt interrupt the amazing experience I had.
