Have you tried fully restarting your iPad by pressing down the power button and pressing restart? If not, check your settings and see if any of the settings have become changed

I'm not completely sure but it could be a hardware issue or a software issue. If it's hardware trying using a clean brush and clean the toggle switch. If this is not the case then try checking your settings your silence unknown callers could be on or blocked unknown contacts. Also (do not disturb) under settings make sure it's not on or scheduled. Ok the list can go on but I would say lastly when it's in your pocket if not shut off properly with some contact to skin through cloths can case problems.

Unfortunately in my eyes Apple is not as great as they portray. Sounds like a battery issue and they may ask for half the value of the beats as a deposit to repair if not under warranty. May be better if finding a local repair shop?

Depending on thw version of iphone, it may not be eligible for the software update. If you have an issue with it, make an appointment at the genius bar. I personally avoid updates unless absolutely necessary. They slow down your device.

Twice now we made an appointment through the customer service number and both times Orland didn't receive the booking. Find another shop.
