I went to two local shoe stores yesterday, May 27th, and had such different experiences. At Miroballi, I had to request help from the woman behind the counter, and her response was curt and unfriendly. It was such an opposite experience from the other store that it is clear to me where I will go next time.

Even thought the prices are high, I’ve never had better support from a shoe. I have bought the same shoe twice & it has helped me immensely.

Was shopping at this store for many years, today had a terrible experience with the sales person, she was extremely unpleasant, seemed to be bothered with simple questions, and when I saw 3rd pair of shoes that I liked and asked her if she has it in my size, she was angry, said “do you see any other shoes that you want to try once, I have to go up the stairs to get it for you” and that i should have common courtesy. I have never met a more rude sales person in my life, did not buy anything, and never going back, it was an absolutely terrible experience, especially in the store where you’re you pay over $100 for a pair of shoes :(. No one deserves this type of treatment. I read the response by Tony Miroballi, that states please contact me directly, but no contact information....
