This pains me to say it, but I'm OUT on Randy's. There is a woman who helped us and didn't want to cut a filet to order and had an absolutely miserable attitude. I prefer going to a smaller butcher so that I can get exactly what I'm looking for and get their recommendations along with a little chit-chat. It is also common practice for a butcher to cut to order if someone is trying to buy a $40 piece of meat as part of a $100+ order. I've read through the previous reviews and see that someone else may have dealt with the same woman, and others have had fantasic experiences. I don't want to judge a book by its cover, but right now, in my eyes, Randy's is completely okay with an employee being rude to customers and telling them they are an inconvenience if they want a specific cut of beef. I won't be back until I hear something has changed or get a reply that the employee has been made aware that their refusal to be helpful will not be tolerated in the future. Truly a shame that a once great name now disgusts me.

Best market ever. Everyone is nice and helpful. Even better since, I think her name was Michelle , is gone. They can't do enough for you and their meat is the best!!
