I've stayed here many times for work and just a get away with my women ,the jacuzzi is a nice thing to relax !!! We had our pup this time around and the staff here have been courteous and helpful and friendly!!! Just the train coming through around 1230ish in the am blowing the horn but understand the reason for safety reasons ! Clean rooms and the breakfast is another great thing !

Roach in my room!! Sorry I don't normally leave a bad review but after I've tried to contact management multiple times to no avail I felt it necessary to post these pictures and inform future guests that you could potentially have a roach in your room and management will do nothing for you about it. It was absolutely disgusting, the fact that the property felt dirty should have been my first red flag, I was sick to my stomach after finding it absolutely mortified. The girl at the front desk contacted a manager who I was told would contact me right away (still not contacted even after I've called multiple times) then the gentleman who was asked to go check the room was rude about it, as if I was a burden for finding the nasty creature in my room that he had to go identify. It was still alive when he went to look I made sure I didn't kill it in my fit of crazy when I found it, I still have a video of it still alive. Top rated maybe 10 years ago don't stay here unless they've dropped the price by half otherwise you're paying way too much for what it is.

This location is okay. The person who checked us in was fast and nice. Didn't realize this was a pet friendly operation. Thankfully my allergies don't bothering me. The room was fine. The parking lot is a little goofy. I've had trouble with the following things here: Had trouble using the Wi-Fi and logging in The shower head was dumb The vending machine didn't work properly They have a person here who erves you breakfast because of COVID

The GOOD: the lady at the front desk who said it was her first day on her own was an absolute darling. The beds were comfy, the lighting was bright and the water stayed nice and hot. The location is within walking distance to all kinds of stores. The BAD: There are hardly any outlets, not even on the lamp on the nightstand. The mini fridge barely worked. The guy who checked me in was very rude. The INEXCUSABLE: My fiance was extremely sick due to an infection and had to be hospitalized unexpectedly. Before taking him to the ER, he was sick in bed and soiled the sheets. The ER admitted him. After he settled in to his hospital room, I left to go clean up the mess. I rinsed them out in the bathtub and was going to take them to laundromat across the street to clean them. After I rinsed the sheets before going to the laundromat, I checked my phone and saw that I missed a call from the hospital to say that they were giving my fiance emergency surgery. I left the sheets in the tub in a panic and rushed to the hospital. While waiting in the hospital during his surgery I received a call from the hotel saying there was an issue with my room. I called them back and was transferred to the housekeeping manager. She was beyond rude and admonished me for leaving the sheets and that they threw them in the wash but she wasn't sure if she could salvage them. When I told I had planned on cleaning the sheets myself, but my fiance was in the hospital, she said "okay? Well you just bought yourself a pair of sheets." To be talked to like that while dealing with my fiance and his unexpected and scary surgery, alone in an unfamiliar city was inexcusable. My fiance's surgery was successful and he should be discharged tomorrow morning, thank God, but I still cannot believe how this woman berated me for sheets.
