These guys helped us out huge. We had no heat or hot water for a few days because we had just purchased the home and previous owner didn’t fill the propane tank and we ran out. Tried a couple of places with no return call and at one place a very rude person on the other end. American propane was kind and responsive immediately. They tried to get out the next day after we called, roads didn’t cooperate. Came back next day and got us going again. Very nice people, and they have more doggies than we do! Thank you guys for wonderful help and kindness.

I have never dealt with such a rip off company. They don't even follow their own contacts. They don't charge the extra fees because they put to much propane in your tanks, we also found they blow off gas so they can put more in to charge you more. We kept a record and that was the case. 119 gallons in a 120 lb tank. Their website is a joke, you have to call for everything. The office staff is very unpleasant and again lies about what you agreed to. The owner is a screaming maniac if you dare suggest that there is a problem. he refers to his contract that in not valid or legally binding and does not say what he says it does. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE< SCAMMERS
