I recently had my car serviced for an oil change and I had great customer service at in the service department. Beverly was efficient in making my appointment around my availability, Tessa texted me with updates and Jose picked up and dropped off my car in excellent condition and was extremely nice! The only 2 negatives I had with this service does not have to do with the employees but Genesis itself. 1st- if you get the free oil change package it only covers every 8k miles even though they recommend you to get an oil change every 4k. Therefore, leaving you to pay every other. 2nd- the app does not work when booking appointments. I waited all day for someone to pick up my car to only find out when I called they do not get the app appointments. Overall, those 3 employees were great!

17% over MSRP for what???? this is an unethical practice and was referred by a genesis concierge also.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Total bait and switch. I had filled out all the paperwork, appraised trade in and was approved for credit then they come back and tell me it's going to be 17% over MSRP. I understand that there is a chip shortage and dealerships want more for the cars but disclose the price beforehand. To me this is totally unacceptable, and I will never use this dealership again. Also, stay away from sales associate Dan Hackmeyer he was the person I was working with.
