I have been going to this service location since I've bought my car in 2016. I've had only positive experiences with the professionalism of the staff at Levittown Ford. Noah, I have to mention especially! His profesionalism and knowledge always reassured me. I am thankful the majority of the time I've called, it's been Noah who has picked up my calls...lol...His customer service and acknowledgment of repeat clients make you feel like you've called the right place to fix your car.

This place is so incredible! Noah and Melissa are the absolute sweetest people and did everything possible to make sure that my stressful flat tire experience went as smoothly as it possibly could. One of the lowest class service ever.staff was very unprofessional.just trying to make money.I took my car for only oil change & tire rotation & they didn’t rotate tires,didn’t reset oil level ,I don’t know if they changed oil or not & service provide said you good to go just pay $145 .he said your car need alot of maintenance around $2200 🙄. They said we did dmv inspection & it’s failed because car need new tires,brakes,routers,shocks & some more.I took my car to next service station & they check car is totally fine ,inspection done car good to go on road.

They often have coupons (print and online for $49-$59 for tire rotation and oil change. Not sure of tire rotate alone. They have an express lane for that. No app5 needed
