I have never had better service. Marc is well versed in his field, up front and a pleasure to work with. The service I received was in the home. His prices are well worth the service you receive. He spent extra time with me just to be sure I was familiar with my new equipment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent tech work and assistance in buying new computer equipment. I plan to work with him again maintaining my computer and will use his services again Update:Sorry to say I was sold Windows 7 which support was to expire when Windows 10 should have been the operating system of choice. Then after 5 years subscription to his service which I rarely used a problem with his PayPal account ended up in cancellation.

Hey Christian, absolutely! Thermal paste can be replaced but it needs to be applied the right way or it won't work and soon or later the CPU will overheat again. Hey Robert, it is hard to tell without a proper diagnosis. It could be the display, the graphics card or the cables or the motherboard. Unfortunately, I do not have a quick answer, the only way to know it, is to diagnose the laptop. If it is an alienware/gaming laptop, it is worth it, and we diagnose that; if it is an old and inexpensive computer, in our opinion it is not worth spending any money on it, and you might want to move on to a new PC.
