Stuck in 2020. All I want is a battery replacement for my watch. They will still not let me in the store and require appointments. They take longer because they feel like they need to disinfect everything they touch. Oh and I hey let you in a maximum of two at a time but only if masked. The only place in the country other than medical offices still requiring masks. Hopefully will realize it is now the middle of 2022 and most of us have moved on

We are requesting customers make appointments by visiting our website, menloclockworks.com. When it is time for your appointment please knock on our front door, masks are required. We are helping customers outside at the front door. At this time we are not allowing customers in the store. If you have a watch you are bringing in , we first use a UV sanitizing box to disinfect the watch before we proceed with a repair. Hope this helps
There is almost always parking on the street in front of our store. When it is time for your appointment just knock on the door and we will come out to help you.
