Management is nice and maintenance works hard and fast to keep it in great condition. They are a very good team. They give the park a family feel.

Went to look at space 110 a month ago first ones to look at gave all personal paper work to lady in office she never called us went to royal pines and ask why she said not renting it now after 4 or 5 calls and no return she ask me if I was upset ,yes, she won't give back our $75 for credit check she so u left slammed screen door and she wet ballistic screaming and yelling I need for mng. To refund our money now its not funny you ripped us off.

It's quiet, kept up, and pet friendly. Has many amenities such as a pool, rec room, bathrooms with showers for residents as well as laundry facilities. Dozens of trails right out your backdoor yet only a 10-15min walk to town

$650.00 plus utilities but you must sign a years lease.
$600 plus utilities, pool, clubhouse, heated laundry AND restrooms.

There are a few places for sale here. I suggest coming up and having a look around. Knock on a couple doors, talk to poeple.
Monthly rental is available, check with the office to see if spots are available. Summer is very busy

They are rentals and the manager is not a nice person who believes rumors and lies over the truth
A rental trailer is about $750/mo. if i remember correctly. They don't have "cabin rentals" at this park. There are rv sites, and some park models. Most are full time and they're close to full if not already. You'd have to confirm with Mary at the office. There's lots of cabin rental companies in town that are more geared towards vacations.
