Don't waste your time and money! They made me pay $50 to apply for a $1299.00 home, than called me and told me I was approved for that home but it's actually 1475.00 with the chance that they can also raise it $30+ a month if they choose on top of that! This place scammed me out money with nothing too provide. I'm glad I chose not to pay that 1475.00 because it appears like this place would be nothing short of a headache and a very strong possibility of destroying and ruining someone's life with the rent being so unstable monthly not knowing how they will decide to adjust your living expenses every month for a ran down place like Burton where crime is already high "" if you live here I would not advise you plan any vacation because you could just find yourself behind"" I worked with Milly and Laura who appeared to work there but was very confused on what was going on lol

They don't make timely repairs...cats and groundhogs everywhere. Loud music at all hours! Don't waste your time or money!! Poor job with lawns but charge you regularly and I had to clean my place on my own after moving in....it was filthy!!!!!! Asked to be reimbursed for cleaning and still no response. This is the worst place I have ever lived!!!

Yes, there are a few 2 and 3 bedroom homes available currently. I wouldn't recommend moving out here though unless it is a dire need and your current living situation is unbearable. Just being honest

Yes! We are both cat and dog friendly, with no weight restrictions. We permit 2 pets per home, and do have a few breed restrictions.

I know one is 447 the other might be cheaper. You would really have to call Alex or Dawn. It is a great community to live in staff are very friendly and helpful. And we have a lot of different things going on
