The development is very well maintained. It feels good when coming home that you see nothing but a very nice development that is well lit up. The grounds are kept immaculate and the grass crew that cuts the grass for the development also offers to cut your grass for a low price of $45 cutting it four times a month this is a great service due to most places want $20 or $30 per week, and if you don't cut your grass management will cut it for you and charge you $50 I agree with this policy to keep the development as nice as it is. There are children in the development but there are two play areas and plenty of grass to play on and the lots are pretty nice in size I have a huge corner lot, and the children are very respectful, I have not seen any issues with children in the development. Just like any subdivision or development, there are some small issues, but due to management and the Burton Police Department issues are taken care of, ASAP.. the management does not allow people to have broken blinds or sheets in their windows, I appreciate that because that's why living at Creekwood has a comfortable feeling living in a development that cares about the rating and brand making sure the development doesn't turn into a two-star rating. I only have one issue all the homes look very nice except for a very, very few. I just wish management would make the homeowners comply with the rules of the Community I'm talking about small Issues, but it does affect The people that live in the community that care very much Keeping the development Looking it's very best. Nice place to live. only 2 miles to Grand Blanc downtown restaurants.

We moved into Creak wood for just under a month. So far seams pretty well kept up but a bit higher in price than expected but still nice.

You pay rent and lot rent if not buying. It was over $300 closer to$400 for lot rent when i moved in, in 2012. Pets welcome there is extra security deposit and monthly fees.
