Slum apartments I will never recommend Nobody to live out there I live there for seven years the staff is really rude as hell and they put false information on your name so it’s hard for you to get another apartment or another place somewhere don’t move to Boulder Creek

Current resident; just moved in LAST week. Still waiting on a new dishwasher, moldy standing water inside it, garbage disposal (sink does not drain!!!), bedroom door, closet door, missing light fixtures and switch/outlet covers. The list goes on and on, loose toilet, found a bunch of screws and razors laying around upon move in (I have a 2 year old toddler...). IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of ANYONE in the front office by telephone, finally I got a huge list of repairs to be done and that was last week, after move in. Still no maintenance, and rent is super high to what we have to deal with. Unfinished apartment! Not even getting started on the noisy inconsiderate neighbors, but that's not about them. Update: I've had a dishwasher STILL inside the box placed in my living room and has been since April! Have not decided to even try to install it, it's middle of June now... Last night someone from upstairs dropped what appeared to be dip of some sort and it splattered all by my door, put in a work order to get it cleaned... it might get cleaned up in 3 months or so...maybe. Place is absolute trash, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!

Terrible management & apartments I moved in last year in April when we moved in the apartment was never properly cleaned it still had things from the previous tenants the patio door was broken so they put a stick to keep it closed & prevent anyone from coming in maintenance never came to fix any of the problems halfway through our lease we got new management they never came to see any of the problems we had in the apartment after I told them about the problems we had before moving in new management is very good at contacting you for their needs but never respond to the problems you have with the apartment during the process of them taking over some how they lost my file which included my social Security number my children’s & my boyfriends I recently moved out & have emailed the office manager plenty of time on what happened with the inspection of the apartment & my deposit considering the damage that was done in the apartment was never from us which I have Proof I do not recommend these apartments to anyone
