I have heard many people say that rent for newer trailers is way too high, poor management, and very poor neighborhood consistency. Pool barely stays open for more than 5 days at a time management is poorly trained for their job (and what was the point for the speed bumps)

Staff is most definitely on some kind of drug and willing to let your family live in a trashy environment.

Quiet park with a pool! Not bad for a trailer park. Management staff is poorly trained. And will cuss you over the phone. And dont ask for repairs that will get you a 30 day vacate notice.
