this is the worst quest diagnostic i’ve been too. the employees are unprofessional and rude and lack curtesy. there needs to be a BETTER process with how employees work and interact with patients.

Super quick and easy! All the ladies there were very nice, I was in and out LESS than 15 mins. Just did bloodwork, super simple and fast service.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. This location is the ONLY location my family will go to. They are organized, fast and the staff is always nice and friendly. The doctor received the results within 24 hours. We never wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I love that they space out their appointments so that the waiting room is never packed. The online check-in process is easy. We've gone to other locations and had bad experiences so we ONLY go to this one now for the past 2-3 years.

I arrived at the quest office at 1115am. After signing in, the machine displayed a zero min wait time. After 5 minutes of waiting I could over hear the quest workers having a full on conversation about their dating life. Note, there was no other patients in the waiting area, and there appeared be no patients inside the rooms as all the workers were gather at the reception desk. So after a few more mins of waiting a women yells from inside the office with zero professionalism/manners, “No walks in, come back Monday before 10”. After she repeated it even louder I got up and walked to the window to check if she was talking to me. I politely told her I was in fact a walk in. She rudely says come back Monday before 10. Puzzled, I asked “are walk in not welcome on Friday?”. She said “not after 10”. I said ok, is there anyway you can see me today as there is no one in the office right now. She replied “I only have one phlebotomist today and if I do that it will set my schedule back but you can wait”. I asked what the wait time would be and she responded with “there is a two hour wait” and the next appointment is already coming up the elevator”. Note, There was no one in the office or waiting room. So I said ok I’ll wait. After a couple of minutes of waiting I asked if I can have a urine sample cup because I needed to provide one for my test anyway. Same women says we are out of urine samples cups so we aren’t taking urine samples again she was very rude an condescending. I then go out side to see if the next appointment was in fact in the elevator as she claimed. Note there is only one elevator and stairs in this building. No one was in the stairs and or elevator as she had claimed. At this time I left as I realized this woman was someone I did not want to deal with any longer. Not only was this employee rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional, she was also a liar. In the medical field you need people that are professional, caring, compassionate and most of all understanding. The last thing anyone needs to deal with while getting medical test ran on their health is an unprofessional, rude and condescending employee. I’ve been getting my blood work there for over 4 years and have never been treated so poorly.
