Poor management...lots of people smoking in apartments in supposedly smoke free building. Management does not take action in this regard. And the concentration of smoke smell is horrible at night. In general, the new administration is not interested in the well-being and health of those of us who live in the building. The music on the weekend quite loud.

Came here with the hopes of finding a place, but nope, just another Income restricted neighborhood. One person max income 37000 ish a year income, and 2 people around 42000 ish a year. It's either you make too much or a little over for income restricted, but then not enough when it comes to a regular place. Frustrating.

Website outdated. Phone always disconnected. I found an additional number from another website. Maria answers and she is so unprofessional and rude. When I asked her about the availability, she answers there is none and states that there is a waiting list but must come in by appointment. I asked her when I could come in, before I could say anything else again, she hanged up. I call back immediately, phone is disconnected. If the staff is responding to the public like that, I can only imagine the tenants. Decent apartments, horrible management.

Hoping to update this review in the near future. Website is down and the phone number listed here is disconnected. Rent.com states there are a few available units but looks like an in person trip is the only way. That or to follow the other majority of reviews and stay away all together
