I am tremendously impressed and grateful for Mike and Josh. My sister was being mistreated by her apartment maintenance team when she found water intrusion. They attempted to patch it and sweep it under the rug until I had Mike come out and prepare a detailed report of his findings. Money well spent as this was the leverage she needed to have repairs made correctly. It is also worth noting the response time was within an hour after regular business hours.
