Was very disappointed with service pro’s responsiveness. After my initial contact, I was very much looking forward to hiring them to do the work needed to my house. The gentleman who stopped by our house was nice and said he would send us an estimate. Well, that never happened. I understand that businesses get busy, so after waiting for a week I wasn’t upset that we had yet to receive that estimate. I called and spoke to the office and they said they would have the estimate sent out, so I said not a problem. Waited another week and nothing. I called again and spoke to the office and was told the same thing, that we would have the estimate by the end of the day. Didn’t get it. I called a 3rd time and this time stated that if they didn’t want to job, that was fine, but to please let me know so that I can start looking elsewhere if that was the case. I said I didn’t want to go that route bc I did like the person that stopped by, but if I needed to find someone else to please let me know. The lady at the office said she would forward over my message to the technician that stopped by and he would send me the proposal by that day. It’s been over 4 days and still nothing. I get that places get busy, but it’s not professional to now get back to a potential customer. Even if they couldn’t get to our repairs right away we would have been understanding, I get that places are backed up due to COVID, but not getting back to someone at all isn’t professional. What a shame bc judging from all these other reviews, which is what got me to call them in the first place, they seem to do good work.

It is the second time in the past year that I had to use ServPro of Sunrise's water damage mitigation and restoration services at two different properties. I had two different crews, and in both instances the crew was professional, courteous, empathetic, and did an excellent job. They explained the process, patiently answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after themselves. The second incident, during the Corona stay at home advisory, every member of the crew had on a face mask and wore fresh gloves before they entered my home. I would recommend ServPro of Sunrise wholeheartedly to anyone who needs water damage mitigation and restoration services.
