Very friendly staff, immaculate accommodations, quiet location, very comfortable beds and pillows, good food In the on-site restaurant(although we wished the continental breakfast was a full service). We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cabins(north pole), so very cute. Nicely decorated, gas fireplace, large deck with mountainous view. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool, looked really nice. We also didn't get to enjoy the spa or firepit. Next time. Any problems that arose were quickly attended to. Will definitely go back, hopefully this winter. The owners Gary and Sandra are lovely people. Wishing them continued success!

The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice amenities. The restaurant serves great food and breakfast included is a nice plus. The spa and pool are very relaxing and convenient. The location in Jackson is a great in-between of N Conway and Mt Washington. We stayed for our anniversary and they welcomed us with a box of locally made chocolates!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the nicest people. they even wrote Happy Anniversary on our bill! We arrived early and even though the rules stated that we couldn't check in until 3, they let us check in anyway. After driving for 8 hours, that was really appreciated. We arrived at our room, and I was in awe of everything in it! I love Christmas and I loved that our room was 12 drummers drumming. I also love that the housekeeping staff left us a nice note and wished us a Happy Anniversary and the Inn had left us an anniversary card! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the jacuzzi tub was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and the comforter was the softest blanket I have ever used. We went to breakfast at the Inn the next morning and the food and staff were incredible! I would highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Jackson, New Hampshire. A great place to stay, surrounded by so much beautiful scenery, including amazing waterfalls within minutes of the Inn.

Bought the Girls Getaway Package. All the employees were great to deal with! Our trip got messed up due to a snow storm the day we were supposed to arrive, and the staff was more than accommodating to us. The room was perfect- clean, and very nice sized. The spa was very professional, and well organized. Our massages were great, and thorough. The restaurant was amazing. The service was great and the food was amazing. Will definitely be returning.
