I wish i could leave 0 stars. Every single time I order from here, I order ahead to pick up through the drive thru, and every single time they make me come inside and stand there for 20-45 minutes before they even begin my order. Meanwhile they are making the next 10-20 car's in the drive thru orders, yet are not able to make mine in the drive thru? In addition, people will be ordering at the register and receive their food long before me. This has happened at least 10 times to me. They need to stop offering pick up in the drive thru if they are going to make me go inside and wait for 20-45 minutes before even starting my food. I will be going across the street from now on to McDonald's, where at least they have my food ready through the drive thru every single time! Tonight I waited inside for 35 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and even made eye contact with me while I kept trying to ask the cashier about my order and he blatantly ignored me to take more orders. From experience, I work at an actual restaurant, with a chef and servers, so I understand the food industry and am patient and empathetic but this is just so outrageous and is not a one time thing I don't know why people still go here I will never again. I'm not usually quick to complain but this felt necessary.

If you're in the mood for some quick fast food, Wendy's is always a solid choice. The fries are great, and the Frostys are always a treat. Just be warned that there are no napkins available, so be prepared. The service is always fast, but be aware that the app doesn't take Apple Pay.

We should have known how bad out food would be when interacting with the person taking out order who seemed to be completely checked out. I order a burger and added pickles but didn't receive them. Additionally, the fries and fish sandwiches we ordered (2 each) were both clearly sitting for hours. So much for hot & crispy fries guaranteed. The fish was inedible. Lastly, we were not even given a receipt and paid with cash so we can't even get a refund. Terrible experience and wouldn't return.

I've never had worse service in my life. I got my food fast definitely, however, whoever was taking orders on the drive thru last night was the rudest employee Ive ever seen. I tried to order a 10 piece nug and a 6 piece was rung up. When I asked if the 10 piece was rung up I got attitude and I still got a six piece. The burger I also ordered was COVERED in grease. When I got to the window no one spoke to me I was just handed my food and sent away. Just overall pathetic service. Go to anywhere else.
