My family gathered for a very good meal on Sunday late morning at the Local in Waltham. Unfortunately, that evening my wife reported she was missing a hearing aid. I called the Local in Waltham and spoke to Stacey. She was most caring and helpful. She checked the dining room, the bathroom, and even the parking lot where we had parked our cars. Sadly we did not find the hearing aid, the good news is Stacey. She is a great ambassador for The Local in Waltham and one heck of a good human being. Talk about building customer loyalty! Thank you Stacey.

Loved the covered outdoor dining with heat lamps. My salad was tasty, and the donuts were SO GOOD. Also, friendly service and kudos to kitchen for being very accommodating regarding sodium restrictions. Would definitely recommend!

In the area visiting friends. Stopped in for lunch. Enjoyed the red Sangria. The crispy Brussels sprouts were OK. My main dish which was a crispy lemon chicken was delicious! Not a bad meal at all but pretty pricey!

Our bartender was so fast service and super attentive. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was really on point. Great lunch out with my sweetie.
