If your Brazilian citizen you dont need the vaccine to re-enter brazil but for non-brazilians full vaccination is mandatory. And make sure you take that antigen test as close to your flight time as possible or else if you run into trouble with delays you may need to take another test at one of the airports your transfering at and you might miss a flight. I learned this the hard way.
