You really need a mask a whole year after covid!? Complete stupidity! More than 10 people who showed up when I was there were outraged by the fact that they were required to wear a mask. "Required by corporate" stupidity made me lose my appointment because I needed to go to Walgreens to buy a mask. Then I had to wait over an hour to do a walk in appointment. Note: if you are late by 1 minute, they won't let you scan your appointment.

This place is nasty!!! When I mean nasty, I’m referring to their employees! Their sign in system is a mess!!! The fact that I have to sign in and WAIT 45 mins to JUST drop off a specimen is Absolutely RIDICULOUS, when I mentioned it to the employee JENNIFER, let me just tell you that lady has some SERIOUS Attitude problem. People like HER, do not deserve to be working in a field like that….. There was a diabetic elderly lady who WAS skipped because of how STUPID their sign in problem was. The lady had been waiting for 2 hours to then have gotten skipped by another lady and when the elderly lady mentioned it to JENNIFER, her response to the lady was “You’re going to have to wait, everyone here is diabetic has this and has that, so you’re going to have to wait.” Someone with TRUE customer service, would’ve simply responded “Sorry for the Inconvenience let me see what I can do for you and mention it to management” so they can fix their disorganized system! First of all, that lady looked pale and you shouldn't even have someone waiting for more than 2 hours to draw blood…. No wonder this place has bad reviews!!! Jennifer has to go!! Glad they have name Tags so I can straight up rant her out with NO hesitation.

They're a good office. I had labs done today but in another location because in the 57th Avenue office it was full. I went to the one on 114th Avenue and 40th St. Very friendly staff and clean.

You can make your appointment through thier website. Also if you go early between 6AM to 7AM you don't need an appointment.
Idk, the test they give you to mail is a water based sampling, not a "stool sample".
They did before the pandemic, but now I think you need an appointment. Its possible you can make an appointment for the same day.

You just have to print the support at the time you do it there it tells you the time and the address accompanied by a QR code that is the one they scan when you get there and that way they know that you have an appointment, you must arrive 15 minutes before if you have never been there, line up outside and wait to be served.

No, but highly recommend wait time can be extremely long, however if you have an order they will fill it.
If you have an appointment, the truth is that I did not believe it before, I go from Monday to Friday WITHOUT an appointment, it arrived like at 8:30 or 9:00 am and I only wait 10 minutes more or less.
They take walk-ins, as people have stated but again it's much quicker if you have an appointment, you can do so online at their website.
