I DO NOT RECOMMEND Update: 6/14/22: It's amazing how many of their people are sarcastic and downright RUDE! They charged an incorrect co-pays of over $300 & I knew it was wrong at the time but they refused to discuss it. Lo and behold today a check arrived made out to my FORMER fiance. I had paid the entire amount on MY credit card & called to ask that they please refund it back to the method it was paid as MOST businesses do. You know, little companies like Walmart, Target, Kohls, Lowes & Home Depot. The billing person oh that's NOT how it's done! I pointed out that MOST businesses do that and, in fact, insist that it be refunded that way especially with large amounts. She got snippy and said "well, I can't speak for other businesses but that's not how WE do it and I can't talk to you anymore because you're not the patient" Yes, I'm not the patient...I'm just the one YOU OVERCHARGED & paid on my credit card! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Even though most all Covid restrictions have been removed THEY will not let anyone into the facility even though they require the patient to have a driver. The ONLY shaded parking area is for doctors & a delivery zone. Big surprise...NOT! i parked in the delivery area & sat in my car to wait. Someone came out & asked me to move. I explained i was in 2 medications that prohibits me from being in the sun & unless they will let me wait inside, i needed to stay where i was. I told them I'd stay with the car & move if a truck came. THEY DIDN'T CARE! A nice girl came out & offered to move her car so i could have that space. Useless because she was not in the shade. Makes me wonder what kind of care you'll get if they care SO LITTLE about people with medical conditions! They care more about their parking lot than keeping people safe.

I love Dr Lambie she is great and explains everything. I was sad that I wasn't able to wait in the waiting room and instead had to wait in my car. The morning administrator/ check in lady was not pleasant at all, but the afternoon administrator was great, very polite and helpful. Overall it's a nice clean place with great Drs.

Hello William! Check out the specialties and services we provide here at The Orthopedic Clinic by clicking the following link: https://orthotoc.com/specialties-services/
If you are a patient having surgery, a pre-OP nurse usually calls the day before to confirm. They almost always will leave you a voicemail with critical information if you don't answer. You typically need to arrive one hour before your scheduled surgery time in order for them to get everything (and you) ready on time. Hope that helps.
